What we can evidence
What exists today
Shipped work described in words, and no system we can ask you to take on trust
There is no public reference build to open and walk end to end at the moment. Rather than dress a client website up as systems proof, this page says so.
Deliveries are referenced without logos, screenshots or performance figures, because that is all that can be supported today. When a build exists that a stranger can inspect without contacting anybody, it will be linked from its vertical and described in the same terms.
Other deliveries, described in words
Referenced without logos, screenshots or performance claims, because that is all that can be supported.
- A veterinary practice app delivered to a clinic in Canada.
- A desktop practice system delivered to a clinic in Pakistan.
What is missing, and why
Four things this page will not contain until they are true
Listed explicitly, because the absence is easy to miss and the reasons are the point.
No percentage improvements
No no-show rate was measured against a documented baseline before or after. Publishing a percentage would mean inventing one, and an invented number is worse than no number because it invites a decision.
No testimonials or quotes
None has been given for publication. A paraphrased compliment presented as a quotation is a fabrication regardless of how accurately it reflects a conversation.
No client logos or counts
Logo walls imply endorsement that was never asked for. Where a delivery is referenced on this site it is described in words, without borrowing anybody's brand as decoration.
No client data in any interface
Every drawn interface on this site is illustrative and labelled as such. None contains real client, patient or appointment records, and none is a screenshot of a live system.
The standard
What a case study here will have to contain
Published in advance so it is checkable later. When the first one appears, it will have all five sections or it will not be published.
The baseline, measured before anything was built
Appointment volume, missed-appointment rate and average appointment value, recorded and dated before the engagement started. Without this section the rest is anecdote.
What was actually built, handoff by handoff
Which of the eight handoffs were closed, what each one runs on, and what was deliberately left alone.
The measurement window and method
How long after go-live the comparison was taken, what was counted, and what else changed in the practice during that period that could account for the difference.
What did not work
The parts that needed rebuilding, the assumptions that turned out wrong, and anything the practice stopped using. A case study without this section is marketing.
The practice's own words, on the record
A quotation given explicitly for publication, attributable, and reviewed by them before it appears.
Why the baseline is the hard part
Most practices have never measured their missed-appointment rate, which means the measurement has to be taken before a build begins — and by then the decision to build has already been made. That is the honest reason this page is empty rather than a reflection of how much work has shipped. It is also why the free report starts by recording a baseline.
In the meantime
